1.Purchase of Products

By submitting your order through the VKNANO IKE online store, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions. Your order will be processed, and a confirmation email will be sent to you once your order is completed.

  • Prices and Payments

All prices displayed on the website include VAT (Value Added Tax) in accordance with Greek and EU legislation. Payment for the order can be made via credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other secure payment methods listed on our platform. The order will only be shipped after the payment is completed and confirmed.

  • Order Processing

Your order will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days from the order confirmation, depending on product availability. If any product is unavailable, we will contact you immediately to cancel or modify the order.

1.3 SHIPPING METHODS

Orders are shipped via a courier company throughout Greece and abroad.

1.4 SHIPPING COSTS

Domestic markets:

Free shipping for orders of 99€ and above.

Shipping costs 3.72€ for orders under 99€.

In case of “Replacement” option, the additional charge is 2.23€.

If you choose to purchase from abroad:

Free shipping costs for orders of 350€ and above.

Shipping costs 20€ for orders under 350€.

In case of “Replacement” option, the additional charge is 5€.

 

1.5 DELIVERY TIMES Courier

Deliveries to mainland destinations and major urban centers are completed within 1-3 business days.

Deliveries to island destinations are completed within 1-3 business days.

Deliveries to remote/inaccessible areas are completed within 1-7 business days.

Note: During sales periods and special promotions, delivery times may increase due to high order volumes.

2.Return and Exchange Policy

VKNANO IKE offers its customers the possibility to return or exchange products within 10 days of receipt, in accordance with EU regulations for distance selling (Directive 2011/83/EU).

2.1 Return Conditions

For the return or exchange of a product, it must be unused, in its original condition, and in its packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. Specifically:

  • The product must not be opened or used.
  • The product must be returned in its packaging and in good condition.
  • The receipt or invoice of the purchase must be returned with the product.

2.2 Return Process

To proceed with a return or exchange, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order at info@vknano.com or by phone at (+30) 2311246130 (Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.) and provide the order number and reason for the return. We will send you instructions for the return of the product. If the return is accepted, the product must be sent to our return address.

2.3 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or there is an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged product). In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

3.Defective or Incorrect Products

If the product you received is defective or does not match your order, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.

3.1 Replacement or Refund Process

The replacement or refund will be processed within 14 business days from the receipt of the returned product. Return shipping costs for defective products are covered by us.

4.Refunds

After the product is returned, VKNANO IKE will process the refund via the original payment method used for the order. The refund will be completed within 14 business days from the receipt of the returned product. The time for the funds to appear in your account may vary and is determined by the issuing bank. Please contact your bank for further details.

5.Return Policy Exceptions The return policy does not apply to:

  • Products that have been opened or used, unless they are defective.
  • Personal hygiene products, such as cosmetics or face and body care products, which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are defective.

VKNANO IKE reserves the right to refuse the return of products that do not meet the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
